Paula Segal joined PriceMDs in 2018 and serves as Chief Client Officer. She has 15-plus years’ experience in the delivery and management of employer health and wellness programming for Fortune 500 and other high-profile clients including AMEX, Humana, Kindred Healthcare, Penske Automotive Group, Wegmans and Teva Pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining PriceMDs, Paula attained positions of increasing responsibility including Client Service Manager, Project/Program Director, and Sr. Vice President. Paula spent 10+ years at Health Advocate, Inc. While there, she worked with leadership to develop and manage a company-wide Quality Assurance program. Health Advocate’s senior leadership selected Paula to develop and manage a Benefit Service Center program serving 60,000+ employees. Throughout her career, Paula has collaborated with various stakeholders including C-Suite executives, medical directors, nurses, human resource and benefits professionals and brokers with a focus on service excellence and cost containment. Paula holds a BS in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources from Thomas Jefferson University and a MS in Health Administration from St. Joseph's University.
